CDP (Career Development Program) & Life Skills
Life skills are a set of essential abilities and competencies that enable individuals to navigate the challenges and complexities of daily life effectively. These skills encompass a wide range of personal, social and emotional capabilities that are crucial for personal development, well-being, and success in various aspects of life.
VISION
The vision behind the curriculum of “life skills and personality development “is to provide students with a holistic education that goes beyond academic knowledge. The main goal is to make them ready for future challenges by teaching them essential life-skills needed in day -to-day life.
Personality Development will help them have awareness of the self. The social and emotional competencies, and self-awareness will empower them to thrive in both personal and professional aspects of life.
DESCRIPTION
At Career Academy, the Life Skills and Personality Development Program is designed to provide students with the tools they need to navigate both personal and professional challenges. This curriculum goes beyond traditional academics, focusing on essential life skills that empower students to thrive in day-to-day life.
For Nursery to 2nd Grade, the program introduces foundational life skills and focuses on developing basic social and emotional competencies, fostering self-awareness, and building positive attitudes from an early age.
For Classes 3rd to 8th, the curriculum builds on this foundation by delving deeper into emotional intelligence, effective communication, problem-solving, and self-confidence. Students are encouraged to reflect on their strengths and areas for growth, preparing them to take on future challenges with confidence and resilience.
By fostering these skills, the program aims to nurture well-rounded individuals who are ready to succeed both academically and in their personal lives.
